Show & Tell

You show. Your AI tells.

The daily photo game you play with the AI you already use. Everyone gets the same secret word. Take photos of the real world until your AI says it.

Today's word is live

How it works

One word. Six shots. Zero typing.

You know the word and your AI doesn't. You can't type it, spell it or say it. All you can do is show it.

Today's secret word
1

Peek

Ask your AI to play. It sends you a private link, and you hold a button to see today's word. Your AI never sees it.

2

Show

Take photos of the real world: things, pets, light, faces, a whole scene. No letters, no numbers, no screens.

“morning?”

ColdWarmHotBurningGot it
3

Tell

After each photo, your AI says what it sees and locks in one guess. You'll hear cold, warm, hot or burning until it says the word.

Watch a round

Warmer is brighter.

Every photo adds evidence, and your AI has to use all of it. As it gets closer, the light heats up from cold blue to a white-hot flash.

The word (only you can see it)
morning

Example round · played with Claude

  1. 🛏️
    SHOT 1

An unmade bed and a phone face-down on the pillow.

    “sleep?”Warm
  2. 🌅
    SHOT 2

Low orange sun over the rooftops, long shadows.

    “sunset?”Hot
  3. ☕
    SHOT 3

Steam off a mug by a bright window. Sun's coming up, not going down.

    “dawn?”Burning
  4. 🍳
    SHOT 4

Eggs in a pan, coffee, the bed from before. Breakfast after waking up…

The rules

Easy to learn. Hard to do in one.

☀️

Same word for everyone

One word a day, the same everywhere, unlocked at your midnight. Compare shots with friends, not answers.

📸

Six shots

Fewer is better. Your AI gets one guess per photo, and every photo has to add something new.

🚫

No letters, no numbers

No signs, screens or spelled-out hints, and no typing it either. Your AI will call a foul, and a foul doesn't cost a shot.

💡

Hints cost you

Stuck? Give your AI the category any time, the length after 2 shots, or the first letter after 4. Each one adds a 💡 to your grid.

🔍

Fair play, proven

Every reveal of the word is logged. Your private page shows which devices saw it, so you can prove your AI never peeked.

🔥

Keep the streak

Play every day to build a streak. Your AI can remind you when the new word drops, and it'll warn you before your streak is at risk.

Connect your AI

One link. Every AI.

Show & Tell plugs into the assistant you already talk to. Add this link as a connector once, and it's ready every day.

https://playshowandtell.com/mcp

No account needed. Your AI gets a player code that keeps your streak.

Then just say
“Let's play Show & Tell.”

Claude

Set it up once on the web or desktop and it follows you to the Claude app on your phone.

  1. Open Settings → Connectors on claude.ai or in the desktop app.
  2. Choose Add custom connector and paste https://playshowandtell.com/mcp
  3. Start a chat and say “Let's play Show & Tell.”

One-tap installs from each assistant's app directory are on the way. We'll add the links here.

FAQ

Good questions.

Can my AI cheat?

It never gets the word. The word lives on a private page that only reveals it while you hold the button, and every reveal is logged with the device that did it. After the round, that page shows you exactly who saw the word.

Do you see my photos?

No. Your photos go to your assistant, the same as any other photo you send it. We only receive your AI's one-word guesses so we can score them.

Does it cost anything?

Show & Tell is free to play during the playtest. The guessing runs on the assistant you already use.

Which AI is best at it?

That's the fun part. Every AI reads photos differently, so you'll learn to “speak Claude” or “speak Muse.” Your assistant is your team, and team standings are coming.

What counts as a foul?

Letters, numbers, screens, or hinting in your messages. Your AI calls it, and you take the photo again without losing a shot.

When does the word change?

At midnight where you are. Everyone plays the same word on the same date, so no spoilers: share your grid, not your photos, until tomorrow.

Today's word is waiting.

Grab your phone. Go show it.
